After paying and pull up to the second window they told me that the fries are cooking and pull up to the designated parking. 10 minutes pass (several cars come and go, guess they didn't get fries) before a manager came with a bag and drink without straw. No apologies but whatever. My fries that were supposed to be fresh (thus the supposed wait) were ice cold. The Burger looked like a toddler made it with the Mayo, mustard and ketchup pushed to one side and smeared on the packaging. The cheese was cold and no pickles. It keeps me wondering who was it I pissed off to get such treatment.March 21, 2017
